Green Tea

do you guys like green tea?? 




no?? yes??

me?? i love it.. 
especially Vietnam Green Tea.. i fall in love with them since my visit to Ho Chi Minh city on April 2013 for a week.. this one good to drink as hot tea, relaxing and smells good but also good to drink as ice tea, so cool in the hot day but not as bad as soda even healthier..




more than good to drink in any circumstances.. Green Tea had a lot to give like :

  1. help you especially me to lose weight. how?? because studies have shown that green tea can increase calorie burning. so green tea helps us to burn some fat, cholesterol, bloating, body detoks, and suppress appetite.
  2. increase your endurance during exercise.. studies have shown that antioxidant in green tea extract able to burn fat as fuel for muscle endurance in exercise. It also increases your energy and metabolism.
  3. reduce the risk of heart attack. Drinking green tea regularly helps improve the health of the cells lining the blood vessels of the body and also helps lower the risk of heart attack. This tea helps protect the heart by relaxing blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily. So, protect your heart by drinking green tea on a regular basis.
  4. able to fight some types of cancer. Antioxidants in green tea helps protect the body against cancer cells such as breast, colon, intestine, skin, lung, esophagus, stomach, small intestine, pancreas, liver, ovary, prostate, and oral cancer.
